Over the past decade, the dye content for Giemsa stain has changed dramatically during the manufacturing process, reducing the polychromatic qualities in Giemsa stains, world-wide. The MasterTech Optimized Giemsa Stain Kit™ restores these metachromatic qualities within the dye through the development of a specially formulated Giemsa Buffer, providing exceptional staining results. Giemsa serves as the primary stain, producing blue to purple nuclei, cytoplasm, and helicobacter.
